I gotta do that to my shockmount. Thanks for sharing how you did it.
Very similar to how I redid mine. Looks nice! Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t the bottom rib be finished as well?
This has to be one of, if not the BEST pack i’ve seen. Awesome work mate.
Indeed i corrected that detail
thx to see it!
This is truly a thing of beauty. I love this pack!
Last picture with the weathered shock mount, new Accurate P-Clamp, Authentic hat lights, tapes ont the gun loom. Just waiting to replace my GB1 Cable by the pchrisbosh1 cable. And still badly looking for a Set of 4mm Legris elbow, or good replica.

Beeeautiful. That thing looks great. You did a wonderful job, you should be proud. And those last little touches are icing on the cake. :crunch:
I’ve got these replica elbows from AZSpidey that I don’t need anymore. The flawed ones are hardly that. I think I’m gonna finish them. I’ll shoot you a PM.
PM sent buddy!
Here are two changes I made ??on my Pack. When we think that our Pack is finished, because we have exhausted our sources of parts, sometimes happen small miracles. I got the chance to put my hand on a set of 3 Real 4MM Legris Elbow, Old, Used, weathered ![]()
There a picture before i installed them

compared with my Customized SMC elbow, i must admit that the SMC was a great alternative anyway.

On the Pack

Second upgrade, minor but add abit more accuracy, i changed my banjo elbow for the real Screw

At this point i consider my pack done (again) the only upgrade i can see is the upcoming GB1 Cable that AJ is working to have.
Oh yeah! A great pack just got better!!
Insane. ![]()
It’s funny because you’ve been talking about these elbows for like, forever. Now you have them! ![]()
Incredible pack, bro. Congrats. ![]()
You too, Steve? Beautiful! Don’t you just love those 4mm elbows?
3 pieces of gold with dust:P
I think I know where these elbows are all of a sudden coming from…
Here are some Upgrade I made ??on my pack to make it more accurate. My pack is a “Generic GB1” I replicated some details from the different hero references. And some detail because new measurement and details wasn’t available at that time.
First i redid my Filler plugs, my plates wasnt at the good size and i added the correct weld tack

I redid my Injector tube to with the correct weld tack to

I corrected my “■■■■■■” on my EDA disk, my first attempt wasn’t good enough

Hard to see on pix but i also added the correct weld spot on the Booster plug (ref : Minnesota pack)

Changed my Carpetia Bumper, HGA and Gearbox labels (that i was lovin very much) for the JoeLuna Version, the thickness is more accurate.

Changed my straight fitting for Genuine Legris used straight fitting

Changed the P-Clamp for the good Serial number one

Changed my PH25 resistor for the good one (without the ring), i also will change my sage Resistor for a pacific one (on the way:))

Changed my Smaller Rivet on the mobo for the Accurate Bigger ones

Add the correct weld on the Vaccum Plug

I added the Cyclotron Ring white dot, only see on the Minnesota pack but i loved that detail enough to add them, just for their good looking ![]()

Changed my transparent tubing for blue tubbing in the loom

Changed My blue tubing on the Ion arm and the injector for the darker one, i love the 2 blue tone like on the sony lobby pack.

Changed the Yellow tube on ion arm for a real genuine vintage Nycoil tube.

Changed the Arcoelectric hat light for the Gbfans ones

Changed my Banjo replica for Real Genuine Legris Banjo with accurate iron Banjo Screw

Added the rivet on the rear handle and weathered them

And theres is some general shot of the Pack and Thrower

Genuine 4MM Elbow

Fusel label waiting for Joeluna’s new one ![]()

Still searching hard to put the hand on a Real bellow, but Jpa’s one still rock!

Genuine old Gray Crank Knob

Awsome DryRub transfer by ParkDesign

Home made Ribbon cable, not perfect but all good for now, will change it for the Gbfans Cable

Dry Rub!

Thats all for now, thx for watching and the next step will probably add sound in this beats ![]()
