Yeah, I used a hole saw to cut the holes in my cake pan.
And I cut my “washers” out of For Sale sign plastic which worked just fine. It all gets painted after all…
The pack uses two different washer sizes. If you look at the reference photos you’ll see the holes in the center of the top and bottom ones are different sizes and the width of the ring around it is different too.
I don’t remember the exact measurements we figured out but here’s the washers I found at Fastenal which were closest:
2 1/2" OD 1 3/8" ID
2 1/4" OD 1 1/4" ID
You can buy washers there individually. Fastenal is a place for construction guys so it’s usually off the beaten path in industrial areas and the stores aren’t very large or conspicuous. They have a catalog so they can order all sorts of stuff they don’t carry in stock too. I’m sure their website would have a link to it.

I also noticed they had legris elbows, but they were black instead of brass…
…I thought they looked kind of cool in black…very “ecto chic”.
Its a thick one, and stamped in.
But I decided to go a different route and make my own “pan” as a two piece then weld it together.
I chose not to go with a cake pan and went with another alternative that I found. What I used instead was four 9" wooden sewing hoops and I used good glue to glue them on top of each other (The inner rings only.) I used the outer rings to hold the inner rings in thier circular form while the glue set enough for me to remove the outer rings, but for the rim, I used two of the outer rings after removing the thumb screws and used some putty I got at a gaming store (It’s called Green Stuff and can usually be bought at stores where Games Workshop items are sold. IE tabletop gaming like Warhammer and such.) After all that was glued, I had a circular disk that I got at the craft store as well (hobby lobby) that fit pretty well over the top.
