What do you think should the major opponent of Ghostbusters 3 be like?
I would prefer an evil scientist, something like Yuri from Red Alert 2. Udo Kier is just excellent as a psychic madman…
Some explaination in another thread:

I’m very interested to see if they end up going back to their Hellbent plot seeing as how it hasn’t ACTUALLY been seen on film yet. howevr the idea has been thrown around the net so much it may have played itself out before conception. Otherwise, a more human threat could certainly be interesting. Something or someone physical that can damage the ghostbusters on more than one field, this and otherwordly.
Well, what I thought about was to fuse the bureaucrat (Peck, Decan Jaeger) with the evil sorcerer (Vigo). In that sense that another parapsychologist has developed a plan and the necessary equipment to take on the world by abuse of paranormal powers - maybe also by usage of stolen GB-Technology - and successfully runs a dirt campaign against the Ghostbusters, blames them for deceit and this way temporarily knocks them out by charging the cops against them.
Maybe a judgement on deceit initiated by him, so they have to close down business as they have to repay all customers, because “there never had been any ghosts”, could also be very effective.
I think you mean “Dean Yager.”
hehe..I have a very similar plot happening in my sequal to Hellbent, involving a possibly wel known eveil scientist in the GB universe. That’s all I’ll say though.
I’d like to see Jeff Goldblum be the mad scientist.
