i had to admit when i first saw them in stores they had a ghost busters vibe to them. i liked them…but at the time walmart had them for 14:99…while i liked them alot cus of the similarities and such i couldnt spend that much money. i had to pass on them at the time. now i regrate i did. oh well, any of you guys (and girls) have these figures?

…maybe playmates should be thinking of getting the rights and relaunched the ghostbuster toyline …

(i heard playmates are gonna make startrek toys for the new startrek movie)

They all come with what is an almost exact copy of the EGB trap and it works too

Their packs look better than the Extreme Ghostbusters packs’s on the figures.

Neither. The episodes in RGB were starting to get less and less interesting, so it’s the studios fault for trying to make it so kid friendly that it lost it’s audience. Did RGB and TMNT even have the same block time?

Besides, I don’t think you could really say it was copying GB, because these toys were based on something seen in the series, but it’s just that when Playmates stepped in to make the toys they decided to make it like GB. But now a days anything where they catch monsters or ghosts with equipment we are gonna be thinking of GB anyways.

I mean when they appeared in the show they didn’t have these. It’s only when toy version is made that Playmates who designs the toys decided to make it like GB. Ah, whatever, either way they’re cool.
