So I was wondering, up to this point, does anyone know what the total sales were for the game?
I read on IGN a while back that it broke 1million, that’s the magic number for a sequel correct?
I’m not a huge gamer so I don’t know how that stuff works, and I couldn’t find a site that gave me a solid number. Appreciate some help on this one.
Its not really necessary that a game will get a sequel once it sells over a million. i would like another game, or at least some freaking DLC!!!

Well, Sony gave the game to Atari - who is having financial trouble. Every now and then I visit the Atari forums for the GB game. Almost all of the threads now are; Atari you suck..fix this game…I’ll never buy Atari again…Atari why do you suck so bad… (And I think those are just gamers and possibly casual GB fans…not the ■■■■■■■■ fans like us). The game has been fully released (read 360 and non-sony console versions) world wide for a couple of weeks now, and there still hasn’t been a patch or update for the game. I wouldn’t be surprised if nothing else ever comes out for this game (thank you Atari) and IF we get a sequel, we’ll have to wait until Atari’s contract runs out so that Sony can give it to another publisher. (Not that I put much faith in Sony’s choices ( iBooks, 88mph Studios, now Atari…)
I’ve also wondered that too. According to Terminal Reality, the game has sold over one million units by mid-July 2009.
