Trap pedal.....who's got one?

Awesome looking gear man!

Thank’s. I modeled it off of the PH DC trap which was a redress of a GB1 background trap so I basically just extracted the GB2 parts and made it back into a GB1 Trap.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YpjvVkD3_A about 23 seconds in, I don’t have any pics I’m afraid. Its a clip from a tape measurer, just screwed it in the base. Slides easily onto the strap and doesn’t slide off or around on the strap.

Thanks for the video, it’s going to save my ribbon alot of wear and tear. I have to reattach several times already.

Really? I just bolted my ribbon cable down on both ends and it doesn’t have a problem.

Cyland… nice pedal. You seem to have a very accurate looking pedal.

Parksdesign and I were having a discussion on how the GB1 pedal looks and your looks dead on.

Is that a black d-sub and what kind of ribbon is that? I know it’s different from GB2 pedal

Hey guys, I split the pedal parts discussion off into this thread: http://www.gbfans.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=25178. It’s was technically off topic but has some great info and will now be easier to find in a forum search for anyone in the future.

I’m going to leave this over here…

Sure do have one…

It actually was one of the easiest pieces to build, I even managed to score the hammond boxes and the sub-D housing from store self.. It does bang against the trap when placed over it, and I am thinking of making a strap for it in order to secure it to the trap and belt..
