trigger tip, what's accurate?

A while ago, I got a trigger tip from Propfan. I now know its a Namebrand recast :frowning:

Nevertheless, I recently got another trigger tip. Its WAY more bulky then the namebrand ones. Being that mine aren’t metal, the size of it scares me - I think its going to break at my first outting with it, which would suck.

Its thin ennough that I fail to think the resin will hold if I pierce it for putting the bolt in it. (weird as his banjo tips have the bold permanently fixed in, the other ones are made with a hole for you to put the bolt, just like the real deal.)

They are “to be assembled” type, so I made some work.

My question is - is it supposed to be bulky, or flimsy?

I know that the bigger ones does look good on my gun assy so far.

Look at the reference photos… The"New York" photos have a few good shots of the tip even though it has fallen off the barrel…

Pretty sure the recast version of namebrand’s is more accurate.

If you could shave about half off of Irri’s then that one would be just fine to use.

for rigidity purposes (its resin afterall) and for having a mean to screw the banjo tip on, I might keep the inacurate one until I end up upgrading to metal.
