I’m 27 and have been a fan since birth, but when RGB came out I seem to remember a Ghostbutrrs Kids cartoon as well. Am I the only one to remember this? :sigh:
I really don’t think the show you saw was Ghostbusters Kids. If I’m wrong i’m totally jelouse that you saw it and I didn’t. My guess is that it was an episode of another tv show that had a big Ghostbusters Reference. I saw a lot of those in the 80’s

The later seasons of RGB were “Slimer and the Real Ghostbusters”. It was terrible.
The Real Ghostbusters cartoon was “reinvented” in later seasons as “Slimer and the Real Ghostbusters”, but the animation style was the same - I think OP is referring to the actual “Slimer” cartoon, where the animation style changed accordingly:

I know all about RGB and the later Slimer and the RGB. No it wasn’t that it was as if they were Muppet Baby-ish. I remember it very vividly that’s why I want to find info on it bc it drives me crazy and obviously nobody remembers. Even my mother remembers it!
did you watch the clip I posted from “Slimer” ? I dont know what else it would be. they only made 3 cartoons about Ghostbusters…

I dont know what you mean by “muppet baby-ish” LOL I remember the muppet baby cartoon - did you see the Ghostbusters as babies? I remember Egon turned into a baby in one of the RGB episodes… I still say you are thinking of the “Slimer” cartoon in the youtube clip, until you give us something more to go on…

Maybe it was just something for the Midwest but again I know what I’m talking about and know all about the RGB cartoons, I have been a die hard fan my entire life. By muppet baby-ish I meant they were like babies/children. The beginning intro was similar to RGB but with babies/kids whatever it may be. It may have only been on a few episodes or maybe it was just a special episode but I know I remember it, like I said my mom even remembers it.

If it ever existed, it would’ve been posted about here… but it hasn’t. If I’m not mistaken however, there was a Muppet Babies episode that revolved around Ghostbusters.
There was an episode of Muppet Babies called “Bug Busting Babies” where they parody GB. Maybe that’s what you’re thinking of?

Someone mentioned The filmation Ghostbusters, There was a second cartoon show based on the original movie/TV series which delt with their children becoming the new Ghostbusters. It might have been an episode or two of that you where watching? That’s all I can think of for a cartoon based on " Ghostbusters".

That’s from Halloween II½, one of only two Real Ghostbusters episodes to feature the despised “Junior Ghostbusters”.
There is that episode where Egon’s age is reversed and he ends up as a toddler. Let me refer to the boxed set. Looks like the episode was called “Three Men & An Egon”. If this doesn’t ring a bell, then you’ve imagined it.
Could he be referring to the incredibly childishly drawn episodes on DVD#3 of season 5?
