im looking at building some Ecto goggles and was wondering are these the correct welding goggles to start off with.
also where is the best place to get the head strap from in the UK if possible
They aren’t accurate, but they will make a fine stand-in. That’s what I made my first pair out of.

they look like the exact same ones i bought from a store. I am using them and they seem to be all right. the important thing is that they look good to you.
