I was watching the Angry Video Game Nerd’s review of the game “Plumber’s Don’t Wear Ties.” At time stamp 01:13, it shows a game where you are driving a modified taxicab in a race. What game is this? I remember something about having a spiked bumper, maybe a missile or grenade launcher, and that there were people on the track that you could run into. If anyone can tell me the name of this game, that would be awesome.
