Well, since not many people are building this time of year, and posting pics I thought this would be a fun thread. Even though I am done with my latest Proton Pack, and couldn’t be happier with it, I’m already thinking of building another! (pretty common I’ve found out 
). I got my pack together in about 3 weeks and it was a pretty quick process after brainstorming what parts/materials to use to replicate the actual movie parts. I thought it would be cool thread to see what tools/methods/materials people have used to finish their masterpieces. To start this out right I will list the 2 packs I’ve built and list some of the main parts used.
Well here it is, the first pack I made. It’s a total Junk pack, but was really fun to build still and it had a nice enough look to it for a first last minute pack.

*Blue Plastic Electrical Boxes (Booster Frame and Crank Case)
*Cake Pan (Cyclotron of course)
*Crafters black Cardboard, (top of Powercell)
*Scrap Wood (Ion Arm, Power Cell Box, Cyclotron spacer reinforcement, other verious details)
*For Sale Sign (Corrugated plastic - this made my gun housing and Cyclotron spacer)
*PVC (Proton Gun, Booster)
*shot gun handle (for Proton gun)
*WD-40 lid topped with aluminum from cake pan light cutout, and wrapped with Rosin core solder to make up the Ion knob)
*Theatre lighting gels (light cells)
Well there’s a good start! I’m curious to see what everyone else has used to make their Proton Packs!
