What will happen to Ghostbusters now that Sony has bought the rights of the franchise?
Well, I hope not disturb but, Is Ghostbusters will be Japanese or that happens to them?
I do not want to change the original concept to be acquired by another country. there will be changes if any series in the future?

I do hope the franchise is reivigerated and the new interest spawns books, comics, toys, and more games.
Its been a while since I have seen Ghostbusters anything on the shelves and I look forward to that chance if it happens again. Ah the good ol’ days in toys r us. (Tear)

As you can see, Sunna, there’s plenty in development… so they’re obviously going to give the franchise a second wind with this new game.

I couldn’t help but laugh as I read you fellas chide this guy for his avatar and the top of the page is blazoned with the banner for GB Calendar Girls with the tag ‘they’re hot, really’. Not to mention the 14 pages or so of the “let’s relax…” thread over at Proptopia.

They’re not really on the same level… those girls are skimpy, but aren’t naked… and I just don’t like seeing someone from my favourite cartoon depicted like that.
Cheesecake is cheesecake any way you slice it, I see no difference between his avatar and the other cleavage I mentioned. It’s not an issue for me I was just enjoying the irony.
You’re both partially right. They are on different levels, just not how you said KP. Those girls are simpy. That cartoon is nude. Well, almost nude anyway. I’ve seen more nudity on network television.
the phrase “you raped my childhood” is jokingly thrown around a good bit when I hear people comment on this stuff. Not really being serious but seeing Super Mario, Rugrats, Jetsons etc gettin freaky can be a bit odd at times :o Probably the biggest thing to some people maybe it goes against who Janine was in the cartoon in the first seasons. Though she was very appealing I thought. Not to be kid friendly or anything but I think as stand alone artwork as an external link with a disclaimer, it might not be as bad or as big of a deal but an avatar where everybody can see it. I mean it doesn’t bother me, but maybe parents seeing their kids surfing on a GB website is all I’m thinking.

nah jk but I guess it reminds me of that one guy on GBN who would put close to nude girls as his avatar. Just usually seeming like he was trying to push the limits of what’s “acceptable” I think it’s okay on proptopia too. People have the option to relax with gorgeous women. I of course take that option. 
But I guess all I’m saying is the option is there. Doesn’t bother me but I guess those are some of my thoughts.
I really don’t care that much about who sees what on this website but I do take it into consideration with my posts anyway.

If you ask me the place has deteriorated to the level that promotes this kind of cheesecake and you’re gonna slap the guy down for his avatar…well then get rid of all of it it if bugs you. The calendar girls, the ‘fap’ comments that are EVERYWHERE on the board lately and everything. You want it to be a G rated site then it has to be across the board. To me I really don’t care either way. The avatar might be bad taste to you but so would a lot of the other things I mentioned to someone else. Have you seen the pic of Janine in the fan art section?
Before this turned into GBFans, there was none of this. C’mon, seriously, lets open the door to discussion about the declining state of tasteful Ghostbusters discussion in to fanboy perversion on this site. No one else see this happening? I am being just a little sarcastic here. I see no problem with the guys avatar or any of the other cheesecake going on here, as an artist who has drawn his share of sexy women, I have a hard time being put off by that sort of thing.
And at worst it’s what…? Porn? Because, it’s not hard to find some examples of just how different the two are.
At worst, it’s irreverent - it may be disrespectful to some, but it not to all. It fits squarely into a long tradition of cheesecake art. If it was good enough for Grandpa…
To be honest, I like it just because it’s not typical. I’ve seen a lot of avatars - it’s nice to see something different.
