Thanks for all the love guys. I do have a flight suit now and I moved the leg hose to that. I did it cause I try to be as accurate as possible. I like your idea of the metal on the inside. I have to resew mine after every 3 or 4 events I do and it’s such a pain.
I know this is an old thread but just wanted to comment on the “catheter” thought,
there are flight suit “cups” so to speak that are fitted around the “area”
a friend of mine is a U2 spyplane pilot and he has one for this purpose no way would
you be able to “work” with a catheter, especially every day. they are invasive, painful and
sometimes cause bladder infections.
As a nurse’s aide I have also applied “condom” cathethers which fit just like they sound.
This can become problematic for men with a libido such as Venkman’s so I’m sticking with
my flight suit “cup” theory.
IF that is what the hose is for.
It may be coolant. Because the suits do get stuffy. Who knows.

I agree with zuul. I’m a personal care assistant and with the time it takes to insert an indwelling catheter, or even put on a condom catheter. I think they would tire of that very easily. Also where would the fluid go? I see no drainage bags, are the dragging there hoses while the work? And letting it flow? Lol
