I tried sending multiple emails, but I’ve received no response. This order was supposed to include a wand front knob that I did not receive. Curiously, it looks like I have two side knobs, but not identical. The knurling is slightly different, as is the screw size, between the two.
Can you provide a photograph showing the two knobs, side by side?
