maybe after beating the game a mode will unlock so we can just watch the cut-scenes like watching the 3rd film.
I truly wish it would. I mean, so many cinematic games have had demo theaters in the past.
Some just straight cutscenes like Metal Gear Solid, sometimes gameplay get’s mixed in to flesh out the story; I know that Halo 3 Legendary had the bonus disk that allowed you to watch all the Halo 1 and 2 FMVs…
It would be smart on there part to put something like that in there.
For example, I’m a gamer and I’m a huge ghostbusters fan. Now, I’m 21, but honestly if GB3 comes out, I can’t wait to drag my parents to see it (never experienced ghostbusters in the theater). So, yes, I’d love to have that demo theater so I can say “Hey Mom, you want to see ghostbusters 3?” and than show it to her without have to actually play the game.
I have a good feeling they’ll do this, but there’s also that unfortunate chance they wont’.
Even if they don’t have it in the full version of the game, maybe with enough demand the can patch it later on to do that.

I’m sure they will have the ability to go back and view all game cinematics once you’ve unlocked them. The hidden items in the game will probably unlock things like behind the scenes stuff, maybe concept art and what not.

The behind the scenes video he refers to is one by Steve Johnson, the man responsible for creating Slimer. The behind the scenes exclusive video is about the creation and use of the Slimer puppet from the movie. I’m guessing that since Paul stated the video was “exclusively for the game” that this would be one of those unlockables that we can get… perhaps by finding a certain # of collectible items in-game.

Agreed. If the new “Sonic Unleashed” game has cut-scene selection then I’m sure a game with a story with some depth will include one also
