I lucked out and found an ALICE pack from my mother’s friend in her garage. Does anyone know about restoring them? It looks like I need to remove the pack (obviously), change the straps and The pad on the bottom.
If you need a new kidney pad and straps you can usally pick those up at surplus stores or google them and you can find them online it cost me about 30.00 for a new pad and straps
