I hope I will have a ps3 game as the other versions.
Lately games are developed in the same way for every console (except for the wii version because of its hardware) , i.e. burnout paradise, resident evil 5, x-men origin wolverine, ecc…
That’s because developers have practiced to use SDK and I expectide so with ps3 and 360.
Why does Atari make an HD version for the 360 console and SD version for the PS3 console???
There is a thread on this already, kinda. You seem to have added your own pics. Either way, atari just distributed the game.
I still remember when they said that the game would be better on ps3 because they were going to make it for ps3 then down convert it to 360. Guess that didnt happen.
I’m glad I chose the Xbox360 over the PS3 last year. Most of my friends had an Xbox360 so it was the logical choice, especially before the news of the delay and the more recent “timed exclusive”. But even after all that I’m glad I stuck with my Xbox.
I’m not teasing or trying to start a console war or anything by the way.
To be honest: I’ve played both the PS3 and the 360 versions pretty heavily in the past 24-30 hours… and I can honestly say that the game is beautiful on BOTH consoles. Most of these things are inconsequential to gameplay. The game PLAYS the same on both consoles and they are BOTH equally fun-filled and action-packed… I don’t see what the big deal is. Maybe that’s just the older guy in me who grew up with games where your character was a few squares or rectangles formed together to look like a humanoid figure… But personally I think the game looks great on both consoles. The only real difference i could see… graphically… between the two is that the xbox verion DOES have the ember effects when you burn things with the proton stream while the PS3 version just has the black charring on burned surfaces… but that’s absolutely nothing to me.
Like i said… The game looks great on both consoles to me.
