I just got off the phone with Tactical Tailor or TT (just google them). They can make the webbing for the belt loop. I have to knock up some plans for them and send out a sample. I already have five ring coming out to me. Once, the TT makes me a sample I’ll have to check it. It all looks good I’ll get an order of 25 made up.
I will not take pre-orders as I have not meet the requirements set forth by AJ. I’ll have to speak with him first before I have the production batch made.
One, more thing. DON’ BUG ME. This may take several weeks before I have anything in hand.
I have heard back from AJ. At present I do not meet the requirements to be a seller. I will continue to work on this and when I have meet the requirements I will continue.
You’ve got supporting membership already so all you need is to wait until the 90 days required has passed. You also need to have made 50 posts on the forums but just let it occur naturally don’t be one of those guys that starts spamming posts with “Cool”. Not to say that I expect you would be one of those guys, just trying to help you avoid negative attention. When that happens people do notice.

Your webbing will need to be larger than what the hook requires so it gets the scrunched and bunched look to be screen accurate.
These are the V-Hooks we used, from the same company. It’s a quality product.
Where did you see that? Can you post the screen shot of the bunched up ones?
Normally with nylon straps, you fold in the corners at the bend when they’re wider than the buckle or loop.
Making the belt items is never a problem for me since I have upholstery equipment.
Actually, I can sew these up if you guys get the materials.

It looks pretty clear to me that the webbing the V-Hook is on is wider than the V-Hook opening.
Usually these rings are made in the same standard sizes as the straps.
I’d say by only about 1/8" each side… In other words, barely noticeable on screen.
Ok then, I have a simple solution. When I send the rings out to TT I’ll send two or three. That way they can try the 1 3/4" webbing and the 2" webbing, sound good?
CPU, I am sure that you could handle this, but I want to see what doing this through TT will cost first.
