Hello Ectomobile enthusiasts! I need help. Here is a concept for a ECTO Cycle I’m working on. I’ve got the bike prepped for paint and want suggestions and comments before I commit. Not seen in the photo are Blue Flashing LEDs that will be attached. Also I could use some ideas for “equipment” to attach to the bike. Please let me know ALL your thoughts!

If it were me (Year around rider for 10 plus years) I would make the No Ghost logo as big as possible and let it wrap around the tank a bit. Front fender white, back red. Yellow hard bags on the side with some lights gizmos etc.

Does anyone have the picture of the pee-wee-esque Ecto 10-speed that someone posted on GBN back in like 2005? Because holy shit that thing…
So whats the consensus? Should I abandon the ecto cycle, and choose a different paint scheme? Or should I continue with the original design, perhaps with some modifications?
I wouldn’t do it. But that’s just me.
If I had that motorcycle I would got with a WWII-style paint job on it. It’s too cool to be a Ghostbusters bike.
Thanks, I already had a WWII theme on my 76 harley. OD green with the white star, pretty typical. Ammo cans as saddle bags.
Think it would look better on a Fireblade or MotoGP bike lol
Not worth it, in my opinion.
What you need is to get a '59 Caddy trike, like this one:
And give it an Ecto paint job. It would be stuff of legend. Seriously.
I would move the phone number to the back fender. Leave the back fender white with eh red part on it like it is, its perfect.
Add the saddle bags to the side, yellow with radiation logos.
Make the turn signal lenses clear with 2 bulbs inside one yellow for normal use and one blue for show and effect.
Loose the cation stripes.
White wall tires
Other then that and a siren, and lights you said you want to add. It’s perfect.
Wow i have seen that bike before …believe it or not the rear of that bike started as a 59 caddy couch …really slick conversion …had the chance to pic one up at the daytona rod run this past thanksgiving ,passed due to cost …second guessing now…*&%$
