The last thread was pretty clogged up and difficult to find information easily, so here’s a new one!

New Information!

First thing’s first, I want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported my electronics kits over the last two years, it’s been an amazing experience, and I hope to continue the trend in the future!

Most of our kits are now in stock and ready to ship, so no more waiting times between payment and shipping. We’ve been working hard to get everything to this point, and it’s a very exciting thing to offer in-stock electronics from now on.

Our kits require a small amount of DIY to complete, but it’s as simple as using a pair of pliers to squeeze the connectors onto the wires after cutting them down to the correct size for your pack. We do this to both offer you a lower price, and to make sure our kits work for everyone’s packs, since some throwers have considerably less internal space, for instance.

A tutorial for our sound kit and Slime Blower electronics kit will be posted soon, but are very similar to the wand and pack lights.

All of our white LEDs are ‘Warm White’ diffused LEDs. They are colored and illuminate as similarly as possible to the original incandescent bulbs used in the original proton packs.

I ship USPS Priority for most orders within the USA, and USPS First-Class International for any orders outside the US. Hey, I just want to say thank you, I bought one of your soundboards and used it with my Jupiter light kit. It was a very easy integration. I ended up having some 6 channel microphone snake cable that I could use in the hose (I used black flex pond hose to go from my pack to the thrower) to send power and signal back and forth from the thrower. All the wires in one cable. The mic wire and some heat shrink on the ground was perfect for two signals and a shared Negative.

So thanks again, it is really really cool to have full lights and sound on my pack.

The last week has been a bit hectic on my end, I’m getting caught up on messages now, sorry about that!

All of these kits are still available, and in an attempt to make things more user friendly and easier to set up, all of the plug connectors on the boards have been with screw terminals, the only crimp connectors that need to be attached now are for the 4 cyclotron LEDs.

I’m still working out the details on the Ghost Trap sound kit, the goal is to have it double as a Containment Unit sound kit, but no promises just yet! :slight_smile:

I’ve got a few sets of pack electronics back in stock, with more on their way. Some new features include a slightly smaller wand board, and color coded screw terminals. Pictures are probably more effective:

Just ordered my pack/wand light/sound kit from Heavyprops, I’m looking forward to it!! Just need to get a good wand build kit and I’ll have everything I need to get my first pack built!

Do you have any ghost traps kits in stock? I know I’m a little late on this thread but I’m using a nickatron props trap and this kit seems perfect!
