There are several moments in The Real Ghostbusters series that I consider favorites.
Episode: Sanding Room Only (Season 3)and Janine, You’re Changed (Season 5)
My favorite moment in *Standing Room Only * is when Peter Venkman suggests to leave a trail of ghosts to lead Mee-Krah out to sea. Ray agrees with Peter’s plan and then Winston says, “We sure have enough ghosts to go around.” Moments later they start releasing some of the ghosts from the traps, sacrificing them, even though I’m positive they didn’t agree to to be apart of the plan.
My favorite moment in Janine, You’re Changed is when the Ghostbusters and Slimer become aware of the fact that Janine’s appearance and voice has changed over time and automatically assume a ghost is at work.
What’s you’re favorite moments?
Theres SOOOOO many great moments, esspesially in the first two seasons..
I like the part in buster the ghost where the ghostbusters are trying to chase the ghosts out of the house, and ray is tryign to get his records back from the ghost, and then Peter’s running around with a fire extinqusher and gets winston in the face. Then later they go into the kitchen and theres a really funny bit with Peter, Winston, and Egon comes in after and the PKE explodes.
I also think the episode Janine’s day off has some great moments, like when Peter is left alone with the new secretary. Then when him and Winston are running around the building and Ray and Egon are getting in a little heated arguement over the speed in which Ray is working, but it’s very funny because Peter and Winston are almost dying outside.
Gosh… so many more… Like when Peter has a problem in the sea fright episode and he seems to be falling all over the place (i always think he’s drunk in that episode) because at the end he comes up with this ridiculous idea to save the day by putting Egon in a barrel and scattering the men around the ship.
Another great part that i love alot alot, is when Egon interupts Ray when confronting a ghost in the episode cabinet of calamari, and Ray starts banging the wall, whining about how he could have established a meaningful relationship.
I also love the episode the thing in ms favershams attic, espessially the bit in the attic where PEter falls down the heap of trash and he lands on the ground talking to himself having a conversation.

Janine’s Day Off remembers me of that episode Slimer’s Curse/Till Death Do Us. Janine’s goes on a vacation and the Ghostbusters must find a temporary secretary. I absolutely loved the whole episode. I have several favorite moments within that one episode. Peter volunteer to interview the two ladies, but immediately changes his mind once opens up the door and see the little old lady. All the guys take off and leave the interview to Egon. Also like when all three guys, except Egon were interested in here. I also like when Slimer was pretending to be Egon.
In *Buster The Ghost *I love how he cooks them all breakfast and then gives Peter the recite.
Flip Side when the Ghostbusters are being hunted by the Peoplebusters.
Masquerade when Peter left Kenny.
Halloween II when the three junior Ghostbusters arrive at the Ghostbuster’s place and find the surprise party.
*Citizen Ghost *when Peter starts talking about how Slimer.
There are a lot of episodes and moments I like.
Off the top of my head.
Knock Knock - When they board the train and get surrounded by skeletons. Then they blast the living daylights out of the skeletons and trains…quite the subversion.
The Bogeyman is back - The whole end sequence. The Bogeyman decides to menace the junior ghostbusters and Egon gets ■■■■■■ breaks free then blasts the tar out of him. Considering the ■■■■ the bogeyman put the GB’s though that just felt good.
Janine you’ve changed - “You Dare!!!” that is all.
The haunting of Heck House - They turn the house into a giant trap…how awesome is that.
I’ll think of more later.
One of my fave moments was from “Janine, You’ve Changed” when Egon offers a cookie to Peter in exchange for his question. Egon’s logic: “It’s how they train seals, Peter. Unfortunately I’m out of fish.” Got to love JMS’ one-liners in this show!

Peter facing down the giant cockroach,that always cracked me up,even when I was a kid back in 1987.
The Revenge Of Murray The Mantis
Stay Puft vs Murray in Central Park,what a great action scene.
Nobody Comes To Lupus-Ville
Egon saying why Gregor would’nt come to the firehouse during the day,thus pointing out that Gregor is a vampire,great dialogue.
Egon’s Ghost
When Peter,Ray & Winston are rushing about doing bust after bust in order to get enough cash to build the equipment which will help save Egon’s soul,another fantastic scene.
Follow That Hearse
As a kid I was scared of this episode,but it was such a clever idea by the shows writers,I loved the part when the possessed Ecto 1 dragged Winston off & started snacking down on his Proton Pack & Jumpsuit,then just when you think it’s all over,he appears from a manhole cover.
I’m sure there are many more awesome moments in RGB history!

I’m not going to talk to you again for at least a week. It’s not good for me.
PETER
