I think other people have complained about this, but I’m not entirely sure. After having meat the game several times and getting most of the achievments I decided to man up and tryo be go through the game on professional. I got pretty far and just stopped playing for a while because I got frustrated with a level. After going back a week or so later it still let me resume my carrer but my previous levels were gone. It will now only allow me to play the last level played, and not even xscroll through the checkpoints, just my last one played. SO I can continue the game, but no longer go back and replay levels. Is anyone else having this issue?
The game has only one save spot so by restarting on a different difficulty you overwrote your old game. You will have to beat the game again to be able to start from any checkpoint.
Odd, it let me do it really just up until the other day. I could go back and play really any level, even after changin my difficulty.
Did you just change the difficulty or did you start a new game?
If you started a new game that would do it. Otherwise I would say your game is haunted. :angryvigo:
yeah any time u start a new career on a different difficulty it over rides is all is lost, what level were u stuck on ? i just passed it on PRO hardest part for me by far was the azetlor in the library ray and egon were useless the entire match “i need help over here” lol :sigh:
I got passed that. I was stuck in the lower levels of the Museum for a long time on the boss level. However, I know what you mean about the library. You just have to be swift and keep reviving your team mates, that’s what will keep you alive. But yeah, I didn’t start a new career at all. When you go back to play an old level after you’ve beat a game and it gives you the option of the difficulty I just switched it to pro, and it let me continue doing that for a while. However now it only lets me take it one level at a time and it’s stuck on Pro. I have to beat it now. I still have all my achievments however, so no other data or anything ws lost.
wait till the cemetary with the angel statues and the gate x.x on pro was driving me crazy for like 2 hours cuz ray was useless.
Im with you there. probablly hardest part of the game, after that battle it is all down hill. Ray and Egon did nothing but tell you what to do. they did however hold his hands while you ripped the mask off of him. but after that mask is off, Ray and Egon are down for the count. i used the portals a lot to help me beat this, when he got close to me i would go through the portal and revive one of the downed gbs.
