I’m making a GB Web series. It will be very similar to Real GB. Except Live action. I’m hoping that it the first Episode will come out in Fall.

well I’, bringing back some of the old ghosts from real Ghostbusters. like samhain for instance or the boogie man. Famous ones.
The new Ghostbusters Premise:
The NY GB are out of business because all of the ghosts have just vanished. However in Portland(Oregon) has never been a home to ectoplasm. But now the spirits from NY have jumped on a speeding train only to arrive in the town of the nephew of Peter Venkman, Robert Venkman(Robbie) and his Joshua Slout.(Josh). These ghosts just don’t learn.
So Robbie and Josh take the job thats been bestowed upon them, and become the NGB (new ghostbusters)

Whats with this trend of having to have a relative of a OGB in order to have a franchise? I mean it was cute like the first time…
well, there aren’t any here in PA. (which is probably why we have to scrounge for parts) : )

Well theres going to be more depth to the characters. Unlike Rotgb where it just explains thats Ed’s uncle is Egon. For instance: Robert Venkmans parents. were killed by a demon. The Ghostbusters just got there.they get the ghost leaving Robbie an orphan. He grew up in the firehouse living with his uncle Pete. Even going on a few busts with them. So he dislikes ghosts a tiny bit.

No he didn’t. I think we would’ve noticed a kid hanging around in GB2 or the cartoons.
:sigh: … this takes place after GB2. He’s not in the RGB cartoon because RGB takes place in between 1 and 2. And the Reason why he’ not in EGB is he’s old enough by then and moves. it’s very simple.
so theres really no point to argue.
There was about a season, season and a half of RGB episodes after GB2. Also, the video game.
What’s the big deal!
Just let Hyfive tell his story how he wants, I know that it has been done but it’s his story and it’s all for fun! I support any GB themed fan film or webisode. It’s nice to see new stuff out there!
I prefer to only support good ideas.
Well, we’re just about finished with the first episode of our “series” KNOXVILLE GHOSTBUSTERS. We wrote our characters with the GB Archetypes but no one is related to any of the OGB’s. We felt that it’s easier to establish your own universe when you have original characters. I mean don’t get me wrong, I think it’s great that Hyfive is doing his own thing, but admittedly the whole GB relative thing has been done. But I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

You haven’t seen anything yet to say whether it is good or not. You’ve been given a brief synopsis of what he would like it to be about.
Not that I want to argue with you but I just feel we should give him the benefit of the doubt and see what he does and then go from there.
Hey, the actual film itself could be good, I’m not saying it won’t be.
I’m just saying the “lived in the firehouse with Peter” backstory is a bad idea.

Ok I have 2 sets of coveralls.
Dark Navy blue and the old Khaki… well not the khaki yet. just ordered them. 
So i have this idea maybe… Khaki = Day time. Navy = night. mix and match. just an idea.
