I’ve always wanted to add Egon’s Sound Level Meter to my gear so I modded some of them up and figured I’d offer them to you guys if you’re interested.
Features
• An original pre-weathered (40 year old) Radio Shack Realistic 33-2050 Analog Sound Level Meter.
• Lighted display for the gauge controlled by the L/S switch.
• The R/S switch still acts as SLOW/FAST Meter Response to sounds heard.
• The meter has a 9 position rotary switch.
1st position – OFF
2nd position – Battery Test
3rd – 8th positions – Futuristic Scanner Sounds & Movie Quotes
9th position – Is left as the original functioning Sound Level Meter

Well this is great! Is there a way to adjust volume? and also are they ready to ship when ordered or do they need make time in between payment being sent and shipping?
There is no volume adjustment. The speaker is small so it’s not very loud. I found that by holding the meter with different hand positions covering, to partial covering, the speaker vents holes you can get the meter to react differently to high and low ranges.

I had hoped to get a vape kit for my spirit trap that didn’t require rewiring or anything but haven’t found and kits that make ones that would work or fit in it so might be better to spend the funds on this. Love the quotes and actual lights/ sounds. PM is likely incoming.
