It has been a long nearly 2-1/2 months since the GBFans Shop closed for reprogramming. I am happy to announce that we are finally at a version that is stable and secure and is ready to start accepting orders again!

There are a load of new features to see, and lots of products are back in stock and ready to be ordered again!

Got a 10413 paypal api error during confirmation and shipping type page. “Total of cart items do not match order amounts”. It looks like my chosen shipping method wasn’t reflected in the total price. I did try to order from my phone, so maybe its a bug with that. Just didn’t want the bellows to sell out before I got home. I’ll try again when I get home.

I am now aware of this bug and will be investigating.

I just received the same error as Shadow GTR, I was trying to get some male foster connectors, and Pack Labels and a keyfob

Same here, from what it looks like, it is not applying the Shipping payment correctly, so it gets returned as “Total of cart items do not match order amounts” because Paypal is only adding up the price of the items, and not the shipping… That’s my guess…

When I try checking out via Credit Card I go to submit and it empties my cart…

Got it to accept my card, then back to the checkout, add CCV code, submit, cart is empty. Then I get an email confirmation confirming my order of $0.00

Also having issues with amounts of an item “added to cart”. Select 1, view cart, there are 2 in the cart. Try to update the quantity in cart, there is no option to update after you select the wanted quantity. Go to Paypal to check out, getting charged for 2 of the item that you want 1 of.

Also, the cart clears after confirming Paypal.

I had the same paypal issues, but when I paid with credit card it went fine.

Did the same, Credit Card worked, but after 5 tries… The other four tries, it would just empty my shopping cart, or drop the quantity of my orders…

Got a confirmation of an order but I can’t view it.

I’m not sure which of my three attempts went in. AJ, will it be possible to cancel an order IF more than one attempt goes through?

The PayPal “Order Totals Do Not Match” bug has been fixed.

Credit cards work.

I will be looking into the problem with the carts that empty.

Items aren’t moving from wishlist to cart very well. Maybe one of every 5 attempts actually go through.

Also was unable to complete checkout. Logged into paypal, got back to the site and my cart was blank.

Put two bellows in my cart and checked out through PayPal. Everything in the PayPal and gbfans check out stated that I had two of them in my cart but when I got the email confirmation it droped one and only charged me for one bellows.

Can you clarify? I don’t see any problem with adding the items to cart from wishlist.

We’re starting to have a lot of orders come through now that the PayPal bug has been fixed.

Can those that have had a cart empty out on them.

Can you tell me if you are:

-Logged in.

-On a mobile device where IP addresses change.

If your cart was emptied, were you also logged out?
