postmortem01 and I have been working hard to get the Proton Pack completed.
We needed a bumper , so we modeled this one.
We will receive this bumper master back from the 3D printer today. Can’t wait!

I think that groove might be a little too deep. Have you double checked that with the reference photos?

The fillet radius needs to be increased a bit. Easy fix with some bondo. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with it. As Sony licensees we’ve had some pretty amazing reference material 
I’ll fill the corners tonight and you’ll see a major difference. I’ve literally only had about 30 minutes to work on this bumper since it got 3D printed.
This is the bumper we made just positioned over our pack. It will actually not sit on the motherboard but above it by approximately .06". This should place the bumper above the cyclotron by .615".
I positioned this poorly for the picture but you get the idea.

I LOVE how high it sits above the shell. It looks so much like the GB2 pack! The courtroom scene says it all! VERY nice! I’ve seen a spacer before, (I have one on my pack) but I haven’t seen an accurate spacer before! You guys are doing amazing works with these packs!!!
