We are aware that there are no ribs modeled into the gun box. We’ve removed them. In fact, none of the ribs will be machined as part of this pack. We will be adding the ribs after.
I just thought that I’d throw these pictures up. We got our Cyclotron Bumper test back. It came out quite well. I think we will make a cleaner master bumper and send these out for quantity production. Yes it’s aluminum.
That bumper’s so beautiful I want to cry. Do you accept first-born children as compensation for one of these beauties?

Slave1Pilot will start an interest thread as soon as we get a new master made. Venkman71 already offered his up for production. I think we can do a short run but you guys would have to sand them yourselves. Sorry :), I’m lazy.

We won’t know until Monday. We’ll post up info then.
The clean up will vary for each pull. There may be filling needed and definitely sanding required. I used a file in a couple areas for speed but all-in-all, it was fairly easy to clean up to this finish.

We started our pack today while working on our final thrower assemblies. We didn’t get as far as we had hoped but we did alright.
