Yes, you are right. But this will not be the Proton Pack which I will carry on my back.
I only need the shape of one Pack to build 3 or 4 Packs with Foam.

The Ghostbusters-Costumes are for next years carnival in Cologne and a Proton Pack made of cardboard or wood would be damaged in a few minutes
in this crowd.
When you build the pack out of the cardboard. In order to make a mold, coat it with some sort of hardener. It’s a catalyst stuff used to harden foam as well. The stuff I’ve used you use equal parts of 2 chemicals, then paint it on a little at a time, makes foam hard like a rock, though with a good impact can still break, depending.
