I didn’t see much, if any talk, about this XBLA game on here, so I wanted to share this. My four year old has been playing this game like crazy for about a year or so now and he loves it. Well after he beat the Subway Train Monster, the Ghostbusters song starts playing and they dance like they did at the end of the RGB cartoon. I just noticed it today and it gave me a hearty laugh.
Not having seen it, I can’t say for sure. The dance in the RGB closing credits was inspired by the music video for Ray Parker Jr.s theme song, which was in heavy rotation on MTV when the movie came out (Insert joke about “MTV used to play music videos?” here ); the last part featured the Ghostbusters dancing with RPJ.
Still…neat catch.
