Okay, so Ghostbusters: The Video Game has been out for a while now, and I know a few GBFans members have been building various bits of related kit. What I thought I’d do is compile a list and images of all the new equipment, gadgets and uniform additions in the game, as a handy reference guide.
(Note: The items included here are only from the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game)
Now, the quality of some of these pics may not be great, but should give everyone an initial idea of what’s been discovered to date:
GHOSTBUSTERS: THE VIDEO GAME - EQUIPMENT LIST
**Green Leg Hose - **As seen on the cover of the Prima Game Guide
**Lifeguard II - **Now appears to slot into a small leather holster (similar to the Circuit Holster), and has been upgraded with a wire that connects from a circuit board to a flashing light
**MT500 Radio - **Worn on left shoulder strap of Proton Pack. Longer antenna. Not sure how it’s attached to the strap

**GI Light - **OD green light worn on right shoulder strap of Proton Pack
**Proton Pack Light - **Added to top of pack. Can be seen over left shoulder

Belt - Leather keychain strap added to right-hand side, with carabiner clip used to hold Ecto Goggle
PKE Meter - Now appears to have a plastic clip on the back of it for attaching to the pistol belt
(Pic to come)
PROTON PACK UPGRADES
Each pack upgrade consists of two pieces of kit: an addition to the Neutrona Wand, and an addition to the Proton Pack
Boson Dart Supercharge
Slime Blower Pressure Increase
Reduced Slime Consumption
Shock Blast Recharge Increase
Stasis Stream Amplifier
Meson Collider Penetration
Overload Pulse Accelerator
MUON CONTAINMENT TRAP UPGRADES
Likewise, the Ghost Trap can be upgraded with two additions, both of which add extra parts to the trap:
Slam Dunk Trapping
Fast Trap
**Misc: **On the cover of the Prima Game Guide, there are two additional items to note:
Ray’s PKE Meter - The back of the device is different from existing PKE Meters
Peter’s PKE Meter - Hanging from his belt. Different shape and screen to Ray’s and Egon’s. Another device altogether?
So that’s the list so far. In terms of more images, there are various screenshots and artwork floating around for the various pack upgrades, but what we could really do with are hi-res assets, possibly from developer, Terminal Reality. The level of detail on the equipment in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game is amazing. When viewed at 1080p on an HD TV, you can see text on the Proton Pack and Ecto Goggle stickers, stitching on GB logo patches and much more.
Hope this list helps those of you looking to expand your Ghostbusters equipment. Feel free to add and amend as necessary!
More pics to come soon…
