Anyone else feel weird that the Haslab pack’s number is unnecessarily not screen accurate? Why would have that done that? It sits way off the cyclotron unlike the screen used packs that sit almost flush. That’s probably my biggest criticism since it seems unnecessary. Wonder if there’s a way to get that sorted out. Maybe something a 3D printer can take care of.
I think it’s just the right side offset a little bit, not neccessarily the distance the bumper is off the front. Someone on Etsy probably has a correct 3D printed part
I mean that the Haslab bumper has the cone, cylinder thing that separates it from the cyclotron. Something the screen used packs didn’t have. They’re just flat.

I’m sure it was a change made to improve the strength of the piece as it’s being made from plastic, not solid resin. Such concessions can be common with replicas and toys.
Yea that seems fair. Just don’t like that it takes away from the authentic look.
I guess so. It doesn’t really bother me as it’s not very visible.
The Hasbro pack also eliminates imperfections the screen used packs had (draft angles on the power cell side wall and the top, that “melted” uneven fibreglass look, etc.)
Most 100% screen accurate packs like this $4500 proton pack look like melted cheese.
