hi i need help figuring out and easy switch setup (on/off) for the lights
any help would be great Pictures would be really helpful

If you just have the pack lights, all you need to do is buy an on/off switch (radio shack should have several to choose from), run the positive (+) lead from your power supply to one pole on the swtich. Then attach another length of wire to the other pole of the swtich and run that wire to your pack lights. That will give you the ability to break or complete the circuit going to the lights.

If you have the gun kit as well, you can wire your pack lights to your gun kit per the included instructions. The gun kit includes a switch that will trun your gun and pack lights on and off.
Just thought I’d chime in and say that the switch the rockman is suggesting could be one of the ones on your thrower, simply wire it as he has shown, thread the wire down the tube to the pack and you can switch your pack lights on using your thrower
