What’s the difference in a Hero pack to a Stunt pack in Ghostbusters 1?? Pics to explain would be greatly appreciated aswell as im still learning the names of everything…my brain hurts 
Stunts were made of foam, had the ion arm flipped, stationary lights and no alice frame. Easy to spot when watching the movie.
This is kinda like asking “what’s the difference between the Star Wars Prequels and the Original Trilogy”. It seems like it should have a simple answer but it really requires a lot of background information to really understand. Dig through the forum, read as much as you can find and then if you still have specific questions come back and ask.
Jack mate…without sounding ungrateful or rude, but everytime i post a new thread u seem to post very unhelpful comments such as read through the forum. I would rather u post something more helpful such as a link to a prior discussed thread or point out the differences etc
There are other people on here willing to be more helpful by doing the above task.

you might find that jack is actually incredibly helpful, and has probably already answered most if not all of the questions you seek elsewhere.
Nick-a-tron nailed it in his post - the stunt packs where foam, that be the biggest difference. Also, Jackdoud wasn’t being a prude, his statement is very valid. This same topic has been talked about before, and by using the forums search function you could’ve found the answer you where looking for yourself.
Im saying he’s not helpful mate, but the amount of time it takes to look through every single post on here when ur a newbie would take forever, and i have a limited amount of time online due to work and other commitments. All i ask is that a simple point in the right direction be given…it’s not that hard!! Remember everyone was a newbie once and being helpful can get u very far.

There is no single thread that will explain what you’re looking for and you don’t need to ask other people to search for them for you when you can do it yourself. I’m not trying to be a dick to you, I’m trying to help you better use the resources of this forum. Generally people here are helpful but only if you show a modicum of initiative. That I’ve had to repeatedly point this out to you only shows that you’re not getting it and probably not worth the time to help. If you were truely interested in this topic you’d have already read everything on these boards on your own and would have specific questions on parts that are unclear to you. You don’t seem to care though and just want people to tell you stuff.

Why should anyone else have to spend that time to look for the threads and then spoon feed it to you?
Me and the other users have gone through great lengths to provide places to store the information. Its up to you to use it.

To me this sounds like it only scratches the surface of the information i seek…maybe the Hero pack has an extra tube or a different coloured tube or extra welds on it…

well… ive been here for a week and it took me a full week of research through most of te posts I found that contained the info I needed to start getting a graspo of what I needed to start my proton pack build up.
up until I had a really hard time trying to figure out the names of some parts and where they go in a pack is that i started asking questions. and look at my thread man, everybody has been amazingly helpful. this is a 10 year old community… that’s 10 years worth of nowledge man. is it like digging on a treasure island for treasure? yeah… but if you are throrough and use the search feature you’ll find it. I can guarantee you that much.
