Id like to know how pete is the only ghostbuster not almost entirely covered in exploded marshmallow man like the rest he was one of the inside 2 men on the whole crossing the streams bit and they were all in a wide open area so how?
If you want a real reason; he could’ve easily ducked back into the small area where the “I love this plan!” scene took place.
Because he’s Bill Fucking Murray, that’s why.
I always heard rumors that one of the four guys was alergic to the shaving cream that was used as marshmallow. I just figured it was Bill.
If he ducked off it woulda been right off the edge of the building if ya realistically think about right through mr stay puft

I think that was a stuntman.
I know that they had to fluff the shaving cream that dropped on Peck because when tested on a stunt guy it knocked him flat.
One of the more memorable parts in the commentary. 
Venkman did the best on his Cool roll, duh.
i always just figured it was just part of Venkman’s character. That he is basically the first person to be running out the door when all hell brakes loose
