I didn’t see any posts rearding this so I thought I’d let everyone know that hyperdyne has thier kits back in stock, I ordered one of the 329.00 kits as I am electronically impaired. Can’t wait to get my PKE meter finshed finally! :-o
Cool. Good luck with that. I’ve built a lot of props but the PKE was far and away the most infuriating. Those tiny electronics… It’s damned fun once you’ve got it in hand and it works. That’s when it all pays off.

I ended up buying the wing boards to finish my kit. Hopefully that helps make it easy.
I purchased one of the complete kits as well. I didn’t want to worry about soldering the wings up since I know it will already be a pain to get it going.
I hope it’s not going to be too much of a headache, I had to go with the deluxe kit as I know nothing of electronics. Now if anyone has any ideas on how to hold the two peiecs to the meter together I’m open to ideas. I was thiniking going to a thrift store and buying some ole electronic gizmo that’s held together with screws and open it up, cut out those mounting brackets and use some resin or epoxy to mount the screw brackets form the gizmo into the meter shell.
Wood Insert nuts. Any good hardware store will have them and corresponding screws.
Hm…has anyone come up with another way for the wings to go up and down? Without servos?
