Psh, never gonna happen.
They never even added patches to fix the glitch that made it impossible to unlock all the achievements. That coupled with the fact that the game didn’t sell well and online play is dead, its pretty much a lost cause.
But as long as we’re playing “what if” some RGB character skins would’ve been cool

it would be nice if they let us download and access the unreleased multiplayer levels (for the pc too) just to explore them, like gozers temple and the river of slime / subway

Stop playing GBTVG and start modding GTA IV.
The River Of Slime level for sure, would be my choice!
I would love to play the Deleted Parade level. 
I’d like to see a level based on Fort Detmerring. Also adding more characters for online play, like Jeanine and Louis.

More maps and RGB character skins would be awesome.
I didn’t even think of that, The Real Ghostbusters Skins!?! Maybe a couple new bosses in multiplayer mode.
I’d like to see the DLC that was given on release reissued. But make to functional as well. So that the golden proton pack maybe overheats more slowly. The blue flight suit will increase accuracy. Have the gigameter as a DLC as well. Sort of a turbo, souped up PKE. Scolari brothers courtroom scene as multiplayer DLC. I’m sure I can come up with a few more ideas.
I would’ve liked to see them add some more missions.

I always wished the game had a customizable main character, which really should be standard when the main character is supposed to be an ambiguous placeholder for the player. It would also make online multiplayer more sociable.
At the very least, they should have made a female option, like in the PS2/Wii version.
By now, if they do ANYTHING, I wish it would be to make the preorder bonuses available. It’s been long enough, and I don’t feel like dredging through eBay and paying upwards to $50.00 for a GBII uniform, or gold proton pack.
The problem is that the game got patched so even if you download the extras you can’t turn them on. But I’d love to see that fixed and the items made available. I also like the character customization idea. I do hope we’ll see some extras in the future.
I’d like to see new artifacts, a driving mini game, or maybe new acheivements. I also agree with the rgb skins.
Some skins would be ok, I would really like to have the GB2 jumpsuits, but I am not holding my breath on that one (or any DLC for that matter).
The think I would love to see is like 3-4 shorter level based on scenes from the movie, like the battle with Gozer, or the museum showdown with Vigo. I am thinkin levels that take about 10 minutes to clear, maybe some smaller puzzles and rewards..and ofc..playing as one of the orginal GB’s ( no offence to the Rookie)…
And if this has all been said before, sorry…just joined the forum yesterday..XD
