Is it possible to make a slime blower that shoots slime?

Im wondering bc i want to make one that could really shoot slime. also what would be a good way to make pink slime? Is there a brand of soap that looks like the mood slime from GB2?

Seeing as how the ones in the movie shot slime I’d say…yes it’s possible.

Is it cheap, easy or a good idea? No.

Having something like that would require a lot of maintenance as well, as one would need to find a substance that doesn’t cause any blockages through the system and as it exits, and when finished the blower would need to be dismantled and cleaned for it’s next use.

How about one that shoots silly string? You could canniblize one of those spiderman web shooters, It wouldn’t make as much of a mess, and if you hit someone with silly string they probably wouldn’t get as ■■■■■■ off as they would if you slimed them with soap.

Pretty good idea, what made me ask this question was bc i used a public restroom and the hand soap looked just like the mood slime from GB2. I think i might try to make one that shoots silly string.

Do you think that a Nerf SuperSoaker gun would be able to shoot slime or would it get clogged up? Maybe the gun would have to be modded.

a super soaker would definitely get jammed up with anything thicker than water.

With stock internals, yes. However I think that if you were to slightly modify some parts, in particular just the end nozzle, it would work fine. Especially the older models like the 50 and 100, which were simply mildly pressurized tanks, a simple valve and the nozzle on the end. Cut off the nozzle, find/fabricate a better one more suited to slime and you’d be all set. At least in theory. Had I some extra cash right now I’d try it out myself.

After some quick research I found this article. While it wouldn’t really be 100% accurate, with some aesthetic tweaks, new paint scheme and what not, we could finally get a functional slime blower.

all I can say is… if you DO get this thing working, make sure that you spray people who don’t mind getting hosed… running with a proton pack sucks… I can’t even begin to imagine how much worse running with a slime blower would be… plus what ever extra weight the substance you’re loaded with adds to the device…

I am also going to attempt to make this work with silly string. And if I feel the ingenuity bug, I may try attempt an ‘actual’ slime blower.

I’m waiting for someone to use compressed CO2 to make a functional blower.

Funkpunktwang and the GBNH guys have a blower that shoots silly string.

While working on Funks blower I started to think of a plan to make a functional blower " not just silly string" but after we were done building the pack portion and gun I realized that it would be very heavy to have real sealed metal tanks. Not to mention the weight of the slime. Or to a lesser effect the compressed air.

i built a fully working slime blower a few years back. it cost me nearly $3,000 and it wasnt wearable. we took it to the scrap yard to weigh it and fully loaded it weighed 600lbs. if anyone wanted to try to build it, ill offer up the plans.

and i dont think the movie blowers worked. im assuming due to the scene at the end where the hose doesnt line up, they were fed out of frame from another source
