I have to admit, that’s a pretty crazy build, but it works. I love it.
I think you’re right that I have to get a good chiropractor, but the work does not scare me… the weight does not scare me

You do realize that a pack with a fiberglass shell can weigh ~30 pounds, right? I honestly don’t think you’ll be wearing this very long.

The shell isn’t the heavy part. My aluminum shell was pretty light at first.
But once everything was put together, 25 lbs showed up out of nowhere! 
Holy Moly! That is insane- But beautiful!
That is some fine sheet metal work! Nothing more beautiful than a nice spot weld.

I was wondering if the pack was going to be painted or not. Still looks cool, but I really liked the metal look.
