Given how high up the arms of the glasses connect, the shape of the lens, the support strip on the side shield, it’s either the
AO 25s or the Cesco 21s.
The Cesco glasses have a bridge connection that matches closer to the ones on Mckinnon though. Also comparing the nose pads, the Cesco seems to be a closer match given I can’t see traditional nose pads in the set photos. I can only assume the pads are along the edge of the frame like the Cescos.

The polarized lenses seem darker for some reason. The movie lenses are probably just yellow replacements so we can still see her eyes.

If you take a look at the necklace a little closer, the top parts of the ‘U’ seem to have nubs like a horseshoe.

Show me some pictures when you get it- I’m pretty interested

Buy the dickies painter ones (not accurate) and dye them

Buy a pattern and make it ourselves. (Best option at this point)
Am I alone in thinking that some of the costume design is evocative of 88 MPH’s first (and lambasted) case studies back around 2003? Maybe it’s just the hair, goggles and thigh pockets tricking my brain at this hour.
I didn’t mind those 88MPH comics at all. Too bad the company was run by a bunch of freaking clowns.

Although I admit I haven’t followed a lot of the early reaction to the casting, I never caught that suggestion from anyone.
And it’s more accurate (and probably preferred) to refer to her as “Lesbian”.

Costume Pleather - Silver Foil Pleather from Jo Ann Fabrics.
Updated: Dyed my overalls purple with Rit dye. I haven’t dyed in a while and used too much. Had to rinse with bleach several times to get the right color.
