Hey all, Here are some almost completed pics of the LIfeGard I built today. Pretty happy with the results so far.
Should have them finished buy tomorrow night. woot woot.

btw, next time use a vanilla coke, something a bit smoother for me.

Glad you guys like them. They turned out way better then I first imagined. I searched the forum for other LifeGard builds and took some measurements from them. I added a few cm’s here and there to add to the size.
@Sorak - Dang, all out of Vanilla. I was going to use a Pepsi one, but ewww.
@PC - They will be regular Movie Versions.
@Mando - It was a fairly easy build, with the right tools and a tad of experience.
Those are looking good; what are you planning on using for the belt clip?

Was thinking for a quick fix, Bolting some mdf to the back, just enough for it to slip onto the belt. Make a little lip so its harder to pull off. Will post some pics in the very near future.
Looking great. I would just recommend smoothing all of the edges.
So, here is my rushed effort Lifegard2. The flash make it look much more like the yellow it should be. Its actually more of a golden colour. But once its on the belt you wont notice.

And there is my easy attempt of a belt attachment clip. Just a simple slip over and stay build.
For a rush job I’m pretty happy with it.
They look really good. Was going to built one myself but I managed to pick up an original one off eBay
