The deleted scene “No Louis” makes more light of it to where Louis thinks he remembers it but Dana is convinced they didn’t.
The finished film just leaves it to the audience to “get it” and assume they don’t remember. Much funnier that way to not make light of it. Yes he got what he really wanted. The fact that it took becoming possessed and they don’t remember it happening is super funny!
