I ordered mine on the 16th and it still says Ontario Ca. But the status says in transit so ill give them til next week before I write the freakout emails
It took about 10 days for them to get the PKE meter I bought to me, but it took about a day to get it out on the road from the Ontario location.
I know they’re probably really busy with the holiday season, but I’d at least like to know that my order didn’t fall into some weird limbo state, that’s all.
I ordered one on Friday. Been tracking it. It is now in Canada in my province so hoping it arrives tomorrow.
Came home just now to a big Mattel box containing two Neutrino Wands… one for each son. Whew, so glad these arrived in time!
How many batteries do I need to have on hand for Christmas morning?

Does it say Ontario, ca. Because that is California. I live in Minnesota and the only update I have gotten is that they received the freight company got the electronic shipping info. Based on the info I have its still sitting in a warehouse in california .

Well at least your not the only one. Also last time I ordered something from Matty there was a lag between the mail and the tracker.
Yep, still waiting from UPS. I talk about it in the SDCC thread. No tracking updates at all. I have to “wait” until the 5-7 business days is over if I don’t get it by then. Will probably have to call back, don’t even know if its on its way or what day it could be delivered. Don’t know what company to “blame.”
Glad you guys are getting yours, I remain somewhat envious. 
Mine arrived last Friday and I have been hiding it from the wife until AFTER Christmas when she has all her Dr. Who distractions! I did take a peek and its nice looking, pretty light as it’s mostly thin plastic. The switches and knob work as you may have seen in AJ video. That’s good function check so I won’t have to return it…

Same here. From what I have read it takes about 8 days with in the US. However with Xmas it might add a day or two. But we should have it by the end of the month.
The wand is very cool. Love the weight. I bought two for the cross the streams effect. Only downside is the left gun doesn’t get the signal. Only the gun(s) to the right. I’m having to return one of the guns. It doesn’t extend all the way and you can’t fire. I can manually set it, but it only extends about 2-3 times and then the issue comes right back. If it ever snaps loose on the inside I’ll never be able to fire it again. I actually heard back from d.r. On Christmas and I’m in the process of exchanging mine.just a heads up. Make sure and test it before they run out of replacements.
So, why is the clippard on the matty wand labeled as R-501???
Finally got a update. It now says it has been processed and left from sparks NV. The tracker shows it leaving sparks NV on the 24th.
Mine showed up yesterday, seems ok for the money. The tip is “sleepy” about coming out like its binding. Anyone else have this problem? Seems to be getting looser and working better. Retraction works fine.
My package left Indiana and now says departed…

Still sitting in a dark corner of the warehouse apparently. They emailed me back saying they had opened a ticket to find out what’s going on.
I wouldn’t be as POed had the payment not processed already.
Its bad when we have to babysit our shipments like this. If this was coming from say amazon or even GBfans.com I would not worry. But Mattel has burned so many in the past with shipping errors.
