the email I recieved today:
Club Eternia Subscription Renewal Failure
“We’re sorry but we were unable to renew your Club Eternia subscription due to a credit card authorization failure”
followed by
“Your Club Eternia Subscription Details”
and then the listings for the club Ecto $20 charge and the January figure (Venkman) charge

I got that same e-mail.
Sent them a not so happy response.
They need to get their stuff in order. Its ridiculous that people are getting wrong e-mails and being put into a frenzy over their subscription not going through because Digital River can’t keep their files organized.
I guess that means I’m gonna get that Email too. What will our options be to fix this whole thing?
my payment cleared today. They only took out the typical amount plus 1.00 to accommodate for mm ray in addition to vinz.
I didn’t get an Email, but I checked my account and it said matty charged me $30.55
They posted on their Facebook that its all in error and everyone’s orders will be filled.
I got my Charge today but no E-mail as well. I got so much GB stuff coming in the mail it’s going to be like Christmas! I can’t wait 
I finally got a supervisor at Digital River and my issue was resolved. They re-sent me a Courtroom Peter and it should arrive any day now. My Club Ecto subscription was renewed and I’ll recieve both March figures. Thank the Ghostbusting God!
Ah, I finally see it…for a while there the message wasn’t at the top of their page and I was afraid I was gonna have to navigate the swamp of buyer/seller ass-hat messages to find it.
Why isn’t this on the frontpage or the news page on the main site? And lord forbid they send out a “disregard” email. Oh well, at least the word got out somehow before I had to talk to the Dots on the phone.
So do we get billed for both figures? Do we get charged $20 a piece or is marshmallow ray already been paid for?
I was wondering that same thing, they told me I would be billed for two figures in march in addition to being billed for them to send me courtroom peter. I thought it was included in the subsciption fee but must have read it wrong.
Marshmallow Mess Ray was already paid for when you joined the sub. They only charged me 30.55 for Vinz and shipping for both figures. Only like a dollar or two more than I usually pay.
Got another email from MC last night:
“Your Club Eternia Subscription has renewed for Ghostbusters 2011 Subscription - March Figures.”

+1. It’s just really kind of funny how we all jumped when the first email came out with the wrong wording. You would have thought they would have checked this one a little closer.
Got an email on 3/7 saying that my order couldn’t be processed because of cc authorization failure. Went online on 3/8 and changed credit cards on the order (not from matty’s saved info, thats not the card being declined) and called the customer service line to verify that my order hadn’t been cancelled and she said I would receive an email in 24-48 hours saying if they were able to authorize or not. Didn’t receive an email and the funds hadn’t come out, so I called again yesterday and spoke with a woman, verified the last four of the new cc and exp date as well. Again, she said not to worry and I would receive an email in 24-48 hours, even though I just told her it had been over 48 hours since I changed. She said my order was not cancelled yet and it will be processed soon.
Honestly I just don’t want to miss out on my Ray, if it were any month passed this one I wouldnt care and just order it regular. I know it’s my fault for not updating my card info when the old one was deactivated, but anyone else having this sort of issue?
I did. Got the first email on 3/7 saying my card was not authorized. I updated my card information on 3/8 and hadn’t received anything from them. I called last night and was told to check my info to make sure it was right and that the order should process automatically sometime. So far, nothing. Hopefully I will receive conformation today.
How many people have gotten their shipping confirmation Email for their subscription? Because I got an Email saying it was renewed, they also charged my card but then put the money back.
