Does anyone know if theyre having any midnight releases in dallas texas(what up!) or any other event? I just got home from work and I didnt feel like searching for the answer, sorry guys. Forgive me please, Im tired. Please help me on my quest to buy this game and take my friends with me just because they all promised a month ago they would go with me. Thank you all
The same topic is up on the video games section of GB.net, and there’s a guy there who said he’s going to a midnight release in Lewisville, where a bunch of Terminal Reality guys are gonna be to sign stuff, and I think the Dallas GBs are gonna show up in gear. I’ve considered going, but I’ve got mine reserved in Burleson, and I have to go to work at 5 am Tuesday morning, so I’m just gonna get it after work Tuesday afternoon.
I still have to find out if the GS that I Pre-ordered at is going to do one. My guess is, no, considering how small the city is, and a possible lack of enough orders to constitute it. But even if they don’t, I’ll just wake up Tuesday morning, drive over there to pick it up, RACE back home, and play it ALL day! 
I asked a bunch of my local stores and while the employees would love it, the stores won’t be opening at midnight… one can’t due to the town’s rule of no store may be open later than 12 AM or earlier than 7 AM. The others probably won’t due to low turn outs at previous midnight releases.
Try GameStop. The one closest to me is having a midnight release…now I need to decide whether I should play it that night when I get home, or go to bed and get a full night sleep and wake up and play it first thing in the morning and bust all day long.
I’m gonna go to the Walmart midnight release thing in full attire. Although I bet no one really is gonna be there at midnight except for me.
That is what I might do also since gamestop is being lame! :sigh:
My plan is to take a nap so I’m wide awake to play it well into the morning.
At most stores it’s up to them to have one our not. One of the big factors is if they have alot of pre-orders or not.
My local gamestop is having a midnight release. They just now said they would have one. I told them if they didn’t, I planned on cancelling my preorder and just going to walmart. I’d rather go to best buy and get mine, but its too far out.
I’m considering something similar. My Wal*Mart is not a 24-hour location, but it opens a good 4 hours earlier than my GameStop. That’s 4 extra hours of busting, lost!
Guys banking on WalMart at midnight be careful, I hear that they don’t often have their games out at midnight on the release date.

I’m a manager of an EB Games store and I’d love to do one, but the store lacks a substantial amount of pre-orders. Usually we need about 100 while I think Ghostbusters is currently around 45-50. A bummer for sure cause I’d love to sale the game in full gear. hehe 
well one gamstop i went to said they didnt have the info back on midnight release(whatever that means) so i guess its just wait and see time. i dont know about you guys but i asked for the day at work. i told them dont be calling me that day to come in or else ill quit
I called the GS that I have the game reserved at, and they said they we’re NOT doing a midnight release :sigh:
but I will be there bright and early Tueseday morning, to pick it up.
Yep. I’m taking off the 16th & 17th.
Here’s my plan:
June 16th, 12:30am - ?: Play PS3 on story mode til I pass out.
The rest of June 16th: Beat PS3 story mode on other difficulty settings, check out wii version.
June 17th: Play multiplayer online!
my local gamestop said that they had the most pre-orders in their district so they are doing the midnight release. I will be attending and trying the game before i go to bed but i will try to make it to work the next day. Mainly so that i can aggrivate everyone at work about the game and the slimer edition is being mailed to my place of business for me to pick up. the 16th cant get here soon enough

This is my schedule
June 15th: 11:30pm to 12:30 am- Go to walmart in full gear for midnight release party, pick up ps2 version.
June 16th: 12:30 am- Play ps2 version
June 16th: 10 am to noon- Go to local comic book shop and target to promote game in full gear.
June 16th: Around 3 pmish- play ps3 version
June 17th: Mix in ps2 and ps3 time
June 18th: Play ps3 version online
