I have been reworking my master for the past year now trying to get it as close to the OG shell. Some of the updates on the shell are

angled fins on the cell box

more accurate gear box

lower gun mount box

all corners are rounded out in the spacer and were the HGA goes

the N-filter was removed so the a real metal one can be used to make your pack more accurate

hammer finish was applied to the master to give texture to the shell
-
quarter round added under the cell box
The material i use to make my shells is 1630 resin. Then some of the deeper stops are filled with 320 casting resin. after that cabosil with fiberglass resin and fiber mesh are used to finish the shell. I am using more 1630 resin to make the top layer stronger.
The cost for the shells will be starting at 250.00 and will go up after I do the first 15 shell. I don’t want any money until i send you a message letting you know your shell is boxed and ready to go out. I plan to keep making shells full time and will be coming out with new parts soon and I will run the bundles kits like i did before. as for mother boards I am going to try to do it but i make NO promises My shell does fit the MMM mother board and should fit anyone any other one too.

Quick question are you giving free shells to the people you told you were giving them free shells.
As of last month it doesnt look like it.
First off nhvenkman I don’t see where I have to come up and explain myself to you. but people that may wanna know. this person contacted me 2 weeks ago and ask me about it I told him I would be more than happy to fulfilmy promise to him. the thing I’m having a problem understanding is why you’re coming to me like this when 2 months ago you ask me to build you kids proton packs? I have all pm’s you sent me. n if you read my posting correctly you would have seen that it’s states that I will take care of anyone that I owe anything to as long as they pm.
I would like a shell and mobo. Let me know where you stand.

yes the rings are made to the correct sizes. I had a welding buddy do the rings out om metal for my master.

Hey just wanted to say I got my shell today. Its great and am very happy with it. This is my first shell as I have usually done the good ol scratch build and am excited to give this a try. I am pleased that he added the resin inside for extra support and it was nicley trimmed with all holes already cut. Thanks agian!
