do they still shoot with the labels on??

One of the weakest Nerf mods I’ve seen yet.

i seen a bad ass nerf mod on here not long ago, i forget where i seen it, but it was a vulcan modified and it looked amazing.

I believe this is the thread for that awesome nerf mod you were looking for The P.P.C. Custom Gun Build. NEW PICS see last post. - GBFans.com

I bet it could make point five past light speed.

rule 1 for repainting toys:

Take it apart and repaint each piece

Thats a whole heap of stickers.

Good going mate. But maybe next time, less is more.

Amen Brother.

Second rule, sand down the logos. Less brand name, the better the mod.

And the other one suggesting about the labels.

Less is more.

Other than that, nice try for an idea.

Well…

I think by now, you realized it’s not the best one you did…

I am not going to repeat what the other previous posters just said…

I have noticed you try to give the gun a weathered and worn look. You may want to do some research on how to do it.

But the basics is, you paint the all thing silver and than you use mustard and put little bit of it on some of the edges. The area that most likely going to wear out. Than paint the whole thing black. The areas you had mustard on, you wear it out and than you got the look.

I do some search here and I give you the links how to do it. There’s also dry brush method to give it more of a worn out look.

I’m kinda turned off by the idea of mixing paint and condiments..

Tape works much better as it automatically gives you the look and feel of a chipped paint edge.

Here’s the two links I was talking about…

It’s post #23 and #24 if you count from the top on how to do weathering using mustard and toothpaste.

It tells you how to do it using the dry brush method. It’s near at the bottom.

Tape works great if you want straight or jagged lines, but for irregular and uneven spots, mustard is fantastic; they sell liquid paint masks made for the purpose, but why spend more for them when mustard does the trick perfectly?

Rubber cement is also a good option for rough/uneven edge masking. Basically the same as the fancy liquid masks you find in hobby stores.

wow.

i think if i had a gun that i taped off and the handle had over spray, id redo it. you might want to rethink the stickers and the over scuff marks.

Wow well it was a quick job its been redone since just some old pics anyways it will make a better star war gun anyway i was always partial to star wars anyway Darth vader could crush the ghostbusters with his mind.

anyway

im sorry you’re a baby.

Do you have pics of the redone gun? That may help us in taking you more seriously.

But probably not, now that you have decided to bash Ghostbusters.

Also, isn’t Darth Vader dead? Maybe a ghost? I think the Ghostbusters could take care of him, it’s kind of a thing they do, busting ghosts and all.
