I recently got the Spengler pack from haslab, and hooked my Spengler wand to it and it worked great the first time I fired it up. However I disconnected the hose to do some cosmetic touches and when I reconnected it my wand no longer turns on. I did disconnect the wand and put the battery pack in, and still nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Could you post some photos of the connectors? That may reveal the cause of the fault.
