I’ll be building a few Traps with the left over foam and foam coat I have laying around. I started with the lights:

then built the PCB. I will be running it off 3AA or AAA as I don’t like 9volts:

My plan is to use an arduino to create a selectable custom light sequence when switch for the trap is hit. Will also have a servo to open/close the door and a bright white led for when the doors open.

Not screen accurate but it’s good enough for me.

Looking good man. I too am looking to use an arduino on a trap. I picked one up on ebay for $20 shipped.
