Greetings fellow Ghostbuster fans My name’s Dan, I’m from Winnipeg, Canada and I’m totally new here. I found this awesome website when I decided that I wanted to take a shot at building/creating my own Ghostbuster cosplay/uniform/gear… and maybe begin my own Winnipeg chapter of Ghostbusters
I’ll be scouring the forums here trying to figure out how to build everything.. although I saw some YouTube video’s today and really want the Mattel (Matty?) PKE Meter and trap but I KNOW i can’t afford to buy those off of ebay lol.
Ultimately I want to make a REALLY good/detailed outfit, and I’m my own worst enemy when it comes to me criticizing my own work lol.. but someone on a local Fandom Facebook page reminded me that starting off with a basic outfit is O K.. one that can be improved and built upon to, ultimately, make it great. I look forward to learning and interacting with you :sigh:
There’s so much material to look through lol.. I got to pay 6 of Jay’s pack build.. wow. SO don’t have that kind of money to throw at a, what I’m calling, movie accurate pack lol. It’s really cool to see the build progress though. I intend to check your links out, Hoot, tomorrow
I am liking Xaviorbat’s suggestion of an RGB pack.. that one may be far more financially viable for me to start heh.
Don’t base some of our builds as the only way. There are fantastic lower budget packs out there. Lots of different options with resin parts. Scratch builds. So many ways to go. You can always upgrade parts overtime.
