The posters confirm a few things, like light colors on the new packs, the fact that it will be in 3D, and we get our first real good look at the new PKE meter!
Agreed the tag right under the title seems to be placed weirdly if it’s only a tag. And the original poster the guys had this “Holy Sh*t, I hope we survive this” look on their faces and they’re marketing this one to be “Look how badass as we are”
LOL, couldn’t even get their own posters right! Look at the readout on McKinnon’s pack…it says ‘2206’. The original release date. Which was changed to the 15th ages ago, to give the movie a week before it gets buried by Suicide Squad etc. (Yes I know its also Dana’s apartment number but I guarantee that’s not what they were referencing)
Seriously, are they even trying to be professional or is it just baby town frolicks working on that film?
It’s pretty neat, though the McKinnon poster is my favourite, and probably the one I’d most likely be aiming to buy if I enjoy the movie. Hmm, might have to talk to my local cinema next Summer.
With the difference in font, and lack of 3D effect on the text, I’d go with it being the tagline… although it is a bit too close to the title.
Actually, the release date for the film was going to be the 22nd of July, so if they had been putting the release date on the poster, it would’ve been " 2207". So it likely is just a reference to Dana Barrett’s apartment.
What is with the open finger tip gloves? They are ugly. Also why is Leslie Jones always angry in any promo photos. Angry Black Woman must be in the Boot.
My guess for their function is to allow them to retain touch sensitivity of objects around them.
Motorcycle gloves are only meant to protect the palms of the hands due to gripping a handle for a long time. I’d imagine the same thing here when gripping the wand.
How do you know what they’re referencing (with 2206, since you “guarantee” its not Dana’s apartment) if you’re even admitting two posts later that you were wrong about the original release date?
Damn dude. This is one of those instances where you need to step back and realize that you’re not willing to look at anything objectively and just stop bothering even looking at stuff about the reboot. That’s blind hatred if I’ve ever seen it.
